Payments are handled through a secure client portal, received by card or bank transfer. The client portal also includes access to review & sign the contract of services terms. The link for the client portal is sent to the email you provide me.

You should wear whatever you feel most comfortable in! I provide guidance & a style guide accessible below if you need a bit of inspiration with putting your outfits together.

First option is, we can just embrace the weather Hawai’i gives us. Or if it becomes an impossibility with heavy rain, I’m pretty flexible when it comes to rescheduling. There is no fee for rescheduling. We will plan accordingly & go for the next soonest available time if we must reschedule.

My typical turn around is 2-6 weeks for regular portrait sessions. For elopements/small weddings, my turn around can be 3-7 weeks unless otherwise specified. You receive your photos through a private online gallery, accessible by email and/or a password for added security. Videos are received through your email via downloadable link. Other additional options are prints, custom USBs or photo albums.

I don’t release RAW files. All files go through a careful selection process so you can be confident that you’re getting the best representation of the photos/videos available from the session.
